At times in the past the US government issued real money for people to use—US notes and coins. But today all money comes from the Federal Reserve’s private banking system by putting the US government, i.e. 308,000,000 Americans, in debt. If the US government were not in debt to the banking system, the American people would have no money.

Texas ranks fifth from the top with $165,571,000,000.00 and now we are talking real money. That reads “One Hundred Sixty Five Billion, Five Hundred Seventy One Million Dollars” and that comes to a whopping $6001 dollars per capita for each Texan.
Among the nation’s ten most populous states, Texas ranks 2nd in population, 10th in state debt per capita but 2nd in local debt per capita with an overall rank of 5th for total state and local debt per capita. Where the welfare state is deeply entrenched, a nation will no longer be willing to serve as a sanctuary. It costs too much. If the welfare state ever becomes universal, locked-in populations will also become universal. There will be no escape from tyranny because of the border guards who keep would-be refugees from crossing the border into greater freedom.
